Blue Horizon, there must be more...

People rising to the challenge of youth development. The initial vision was cast with the local high school, church congregations, community agencies, and volunteer groups -- and people have rallied behind this initiative. This is an opportunity for the community, adults and young people themselves, to invest in raising horizons, develop solutions to youth-related community problems, and release individual and community potential.

The project will recruit local volunteers for various initiatives and develop young leaders who will go on to shape the future of the project.
